From my info the Capital raising was undertaken to allow instos to take a stake in UNI.It was oversubscibed first day,& I agree the share price will be heading back to the $3 mark shortly.
I also feel the appointment of Gerald Verollet is a great move.His contacts at WHO & his renumeration package is heavily weighted to 1 million options exercisable at $4.34.You would assume he wouldnt be coming from France if he didnt expect the share price to be a lot higher in the near term.
I feel once the TGA approval is achieved in the first quarter of 04 these prices will be very cheap.
