No they dont have approval as yet,to obtain TGA you have to have production at full capacity,which they have stated is on track for the first quarter 04.
They have produced 10000 working units which are on trial at the moment.
The capital raising was at the request of an insto that would like to take a position in UNI.It was oversubsribed first day.
UNI was listed on the ASX 300 today.
Of course there are no guarantees in life munch,but to call this a rubbish stock shows your ignorance.Why dont you read their announcements or phone a director before bagging UNI.
I used to listen to your advise but now realise you are just another bagger.
