Kate, or anyone else who may be able to shed some light on the issue, re the EGM.

I note the motions proposed require 75% shareholder support to be passed, is that 75% of all shares on issue or is it 75% of votes cast at the meeting?.

I note that from the AGM notes it says resolutions 1 and 10 require 75% of votes, however from the totals posted it seems that only around 800M votes cast approx for each of the resolutions, with total number of shares on issue at 3.6 Billion this would represent a much smaller fraction than 75%.

If the same situation occurred at the EGM, ie 800M votes cast, of a total of 3600M it is likely that the EGM vote would not reach the threshold mandated by ASIC/ASX? to give effect to the acquisition of CF33 technology?.

In terms of larger shareholders I would suggest that meeting that milestone (Execution of the acquisition of CF33) would be essential in terms of risk mitigation justifying larger shareholders taking a position.?
