"Some initial commissioning will take place in December prior to Christmas with the remaining commissioning running over the 1st quarter of next year. It is planned that the plant will be running at reduced capacity early in the second quarter as the initial permits are subject to emission reviews. One shareholder asked how long this review period will take, and MT indicated that he sees it as no issue as the technology is green and clean but stated it could take between 3 months and up to early 2013."
