Can anyone explain to me what this means?
ERM Power will subscribe for 150 million shares in Red Sky at a price equal to the volume weighted average
price for the five days preceding 4 July 2012, giving it a shareholding of 9.5%.
Does it mean ERM will be buying in after 5 days?
