i am not going to go back and forward but i will say of course the company knows roughly how much tonneage they have in the ground they would have drilled it already its just a matter of getting the jorc completed i would have thought.
the deal will and should be treated as an arms length deal and would be voted on accordingly. the fact that it has got this far would suggest that the other board members believe it to be fair and equitable and i am sure we will get an independent experts report too to make our own mind up.
the interest rate well tbh i dont mind that rate as raising equity would make the cost of those funds much higher to existing shareholders!!
the fact the deal was done at 20c rather than 10c i am extremely happy about too
how many companys will have 6bln tones of coal and be capped at less than 80m in the world?
