Pointless post, as always with AZK dot joining. There are thousands of corporations in Delaware. It is considered normal for S&P/Fortune 500 companies to have offices within Delaware due to the number of corporate benefits they receive just by being 'incorporated' in Delaware, not necessarily having any locations within Delaware.
