wombinolatino , I fully understand your view point but the latest changes of a floor for the CR have well and truly embedded a figure of 10c in many investors minds
Seriously why would someone want to invest now when the listing of brain chip is at least 5-6 weeks away at best and knowing full well that AZK still has not acquired BC?
This back door listing allows the terms to be changed if required as a back door listing does not require an CR at 20c like a IPO
What happens if the share price drops to 10c or below in the next few weeks ?
Will the terms of the CR change again as I don't believe those who will be offered shares for the CR will be willing to pay the same as market price or even above the market price ?
These are important questions imo
DYOR and imo be cautious at any price above 10c
