It has a long long way to go to prove itself before any consideration of commerciality. Not only does it need to prove to be effective, it needs to demonstrate no increased risks / after-effects - that could be a lifetime.
Plenty of babies to be had between now and then. Likewise, the ultrasound business will always exist!
