In re: to your recent post and other posts.
When signing on a JV partner, can there be a clause or something stating that there can not be a takeover of any sorts after a certain amount of time? Or ever?
I dont know the goings on when signing deals like this which is why I'm asking. I'm sure quite a lot of shreholders/investers would like to know.
So if anyone can shed some light on this,for me (and I'm sure others) would much appreciate it.
