Risk that Czech republic will cause delays on everything, thus causing delays on deliveries and impacting said customers supply chain.
Risk that CR refuse to approve a mining license.
So on, so on.
Nothing is happening in the short-term IMO and unfortunately we may miss the boat.
I hope that I am wrong as I've been holding for the past 24-36 months, but kicking myself now for not exiting pre/around PFS run.
