Appointment of New Directors

The Directors of Washington Resources Limited (‘Washington’ or the ‘Company’) announced today that Melissa Sturgess and Mark Burchnall have accepted the invitation to join the Board of the Company and have been appointed as Directors, effective immediately.

Ms Sturgess is also Chief Executive Officer of ASX and AIM-listed Dwyka Resources Limited and a director of the AIM-listed companies, Bezant Resources Plc (formerly Tanzania Gold Plc) and Churchill Mining Plc.

Mr Burchnall is also a director of Bezant Resources Plc.
