Dubai Holding has major investments in many international firms, such as:- • DaimlerChrysler (2%) 3rd largest shareholder • EADS (3.12%) • The Tussauds Group (100%) • Dubai Bank (70%) • Travelodge UK (100%) • Emirates Towers (75%) • Sunbelt rental apartments (21,000 apartments).
The Citigold investment is their first move into Australia, and into gold mining. They don't take such decisions lightly."
