That's not a small placement, and it's rock-bottom priced. There were only 2 consecutive days at the very bottom of the downtrend where the price touched 15c with its intra-day lows.
They've told us that the big placement was to Dubai Group, but as you ask, why don't they tell who got this deal?
Did they get options as well? What on earth does the last part of the sentence mean?
"The Company also accepted completion of a small private placement of 7,541,941 shares raising A$1,131,291, the allotment of 2,000,000 options exercisable at 20 cents and existing Options outstanding have been updated."
