oversubscribed means they fell off their chairs and cant believe their luck. It also means (in this case) they are going to hang on to everything and accept the extra money from shareholders and Directors' mates. They are holding an EGM to ratify the shares to be issued over and above limits set by ASIC. It seems you'll get your extras.
