I don't think so, also those votes would be diluted now.
ECT needs another director down the track with something to offer shareholder,s be it industry experience or a truck load of shares that they have held or will hold PUBLICLY.
Just to make it clear, Im not interested in anyone that has any old board ties joining the board. New future new board new nominations simple and transparent just like todays announcement.
