How about focussing on the issues rather than once again demeaning Kos anonymously. Making some of these statements publicly would result in a legal case.

Kos will not have the votes anyway to get onto the board because the capital raising will dilute his supporters and any shortfall will surely be taken up by people favorable to new management and the board's goals (still unstated).

If Tincom is now MAYBE back on it is clear that Kos did not support the deal with them because they did not perform according to the agreement they signed. Someone in the board clearly likes Tincom (why?) which is why Kos must have "left" so abruptly.

If Tincom puts their money up RAPIDLY then great ! If they don't then the board has some serious answers to come up with since the current announcement is clearly for money raising with no performance guarantees behind it.
