QTK advised in the audited FY accounts they were in the process of securing a short term line of credit to cover any cash outlays in the period till the RSA business generates cash surpluses.
Today QTK advised an "ongoing"funding agreement" has been executed with the largest shareholder in QTK.....the Pallister Family Trust.
Furthermore QTK has advised Mark Pallister will again rejoin the QTK board.
Excellent news and takes care of the material housekeeping as highlighted in the FY accounts.
Now its just to see the monies from the RSA.
OH and with MP back on the Board of Directors.....satisfies another very very important matter.
