like i said before, in the advent of no news that significantly changes cer's position relative to cnp, i think that the cer market cap will be somewhat restricted, for reason already stated.
it's anyone's guess why a director bought
we have all seen directors buy and then the SP dive.
but still, at face value, a director buying on market is better than a director selling.
