You will have to learn to tell the difference between the "telling the fundamentals" and ramping. There is not a stock on HC that isn't ramped at times. I think less happens on CER than on most. The simple facts are that CER is way under value at todays prices. Anyone who is involved in commercial property knows that. Sooner or later it will find its mark and those of us holding a million or more shares will be certain to boast about it along the way. Even at todays price we can still smile as a lot of the long termers bought in volume at levels below 5c.
