My point is that yesterday's announcement is not going to move the price substantially higher. It was a largely expected outcome and therefore the fanfare associated with it by POHsters was overdone as usual. How many 'off to the races' calls have we heard from POHsters over the last 12 months? And here we are are less at less than 10c.

What will launch this company is an upfront deal with a global player that takes care of funding issues.

Talk of dilution is not scare tactics, it is one of the major factors holding back the share price, remove the uncertainty around funding issues and the stock will really move.
