I like this bit, in my opinion this is first time that transport has been mentioned that virtually excludes the need for public roads. To me this makes this a viable export possibility, still unsure about a refinery.

The deposit is situated on a small number of large private landholdings readily accessible by road that have been cleared for farming and grazing, and which are located less than 5km from existing rail infrastructure and approximately 100km kilometres to the Kwinana port. Importantly, access to the existing rail infrastructure does not require significant access to local roads for haulage.
