Although I am a little bit disappointing that the major dilution is come from 15c of $100mil bond, but I guess Bluemont is pretty confidence that DML can turn things around.

$100mil @ 5% interest 5 years is pretty good deal especially nowadays it is so hard to find capital in resource sector.

Another positive things is we can forget about the chinese CFC, we have smart Singaporeans onboard now.

To avoid my dilution, I will take the SPP opportunity which is @ 12c.
