Shakes, it's not a contract, but relates to a farmin option OEL granted to BHPP in Jan 2010, which probably related back to the same conditions as the original farmin contract with them from Dec 2008.
I put that ann up simply because it clearly stated BHPP were to return to OEL 50% of their 60% WI, and operatorship, if they elected to only drill one of the two wells required by the contract.
In my mind it would be fair if they returned the lot after the run around they've given everybody...been going on for five years!
I'm still interested to find out what's going to happen in SC59 with PNOC-EC...surely the DOE have quizzed BHPP on their intentions after what has transpired with SC55.
If you take BHPP's word as gospel re retreating from non core interests, they surely have to hand that one in too.
