Holmesy - If the board took it as a big positive they should release a statement saying so. If it is true that they can't understand why the market took the third-party announcement as a sign to sell - then they are either stupid, or it just confirms that they have absolutely no marketing savvy what so ever. The market was looking for a 100% positive trial result backed by board approval with firm clarity in moving forward. Instead we got a wishy-washy bland re-hash of the independent review results and everyone's attention got focused in on the adverse effect patient withdrawals - which are killers in the pharmaceutical world given the lawsuits that can result in the drug being taken off the market.
