I agree on your sentiments regarding a t/o. I read where Packer the younger is on the prowl for our type of company and I would not be at all happy to see him get his grasping hands on it. It was not until Bryan Flannery and company came on board that things started moving. I had moved clients into EXL well before this. In fact I am not sure that it wasn't until after EXL got swallowed. There are arguments for and against reverse splits. Joseph Gutnik used them to great advantage in the run up to the boom, picking up many small companies, consolidating the register after bringing himself and a few Hasidic mates on board.
