MNS holds equity in 3 companies seeking to establish gigafactories. They do not hold controlling interests in any of the companies and, as such, any disclosures they make on the gigafactories will be subject to consent being provided by directors and management of the companies controlling the gigafactories.

As the gigafactory holding companies are private, they are not subject to any continuous disclosure obligations. Hence, MNS is only required to report on events that may materially impact their investment in those entities.

Why would IM3NY allow MNS to release a feasibility study which is its own intellectual property for the benefit of the public? This isn’t mining whereby the process is relatively standardised.

You won’t see a feasibility study to the extent you require for any of those projects so stop harping on about one.

The path being followed with NY is the right one. Bring in the new equipment, get the experts in automation involved, purchase any additional equipment, hire the necessary workers, run the test production runs, pump out the batteries!

However, what isn’t clear is where Magnis is going to get their graphite from for IM3NY. Under the agreement they are responsible for anode material and technologies.

The European Battery Alliance have placed Magnis amongst Rio Tinto, Outotec and Terrafame as raw material suppliers to the future EU battery industry.

I don’t see Nachu being ready for IM3NY.
