Comparing Magnis with the likes of Rio Tinto is absurd! No different to some of the comparisons with CATL being bandied about. Private company? Public company? It does not matter! If a company is not conducting their due diligence, then how can you make any kind of objective investment decision? Magnus is NOT a private company, so they should be offering full and objective disclosure to both the market and shareholders. To date this has not happened.
