The recent capital raising consisting of 25.8 mil shares and 25.8 mil options won't be used to pay the directors or their business buddies in Sydney...... unless of course I'm so dumb that I didn't get the meaning of "augment existing working capital" See notice 29/5/07.
The over subscription will come in handy too. Not sure what for, but for a company that's often cash strapped the idea probably is to grab it while you can!
