    amazing, the main CPI report (at 0.6%, higher than expected) is released at 8.30am ET, the futures retreat 30 pts immediately

    Then the other CPI report is released (excl. food and energy), which matched estimates at 0.2%, then bang the futures start rallying again - 50pt turnaround.
