The problem we now have is that we could tell that the company/mine seemed to be profitable. Which means the Directors most definitely knew. Which means they potentially were knowingly allowing the effective takeover of the company by Al Tasnim, at a significant discount, knowing the mine was making good money whilst telling us it was unprofitable.
So there's that to consider.
They were happy to screw us completely on the rights issue. Will they act in all shareholders interest moving forward? Would you trust these guys to be able to run a chook raffle at the pub? How much info is always missing from quarterlies and announcements. It's not hard. These guys are making it hard.
