    I don't necessarily disagree with your view about how ICN is going about things as it is indeed unusual.

    Your question about why other company's don't seek a gsa first is valid as is why would other companies process their gas etc etc .

    What I don't understand is why you are holding if you have so many doubts ? Are you in for potential upside in ATP855p ?
