    Good morning solarfeen,

    Your analysis is correct and you are absolutely right.
    The structure costs are very important, especially if tracking is involved.
    The land costs are also important, but not always, as these plants can be located at remote sites where land costs are cheap and thousands of acres are available.
    The structure and space costs however, become more relevant if applied to private and domestic use.

    My earlier comments were primarily directed at replying to why retrofitting high efficiency cells into an existing plant requires more than just swapping out panels to gain a benefit.

    There is no doubt that if BLG can manufacture high efficiency solar panels, there will be enormous an market.

    If the timing of BLG panels for the government proposed plants is not right this time, it will be for the next round of power plants which are sure to follow.

    I for one can see a very bright future for BLG and will confidently stick with them for the long run.
