Lets not forget BLG are also on the verge of success with commercialisation of their LED technology. This will bring financial success in its own right.
As for four flagship plants. Its all political talk.
The main thing to keep in mind is that technology is required to make these things as efficient as gas and coal powered stations. BLG technology will be a big leap towards that target. Imagine if they are first to market with that technology. I think that BLG PV technology will be the start of a solar PV revolution. Solar will never eliminate other forms of generation but I think we are not far away form it being the main daytime base load provider.
