If I understand that we refer to phase 1 as CR prospectus when exclusively offered to eligible share holders, phase 11 ( open CR ) has a 90 day time frame from the moment phase 1 closed.

The board and GF should have this squared away prior to the AGM.??

It's not a huge amount considering the ducks that have realigned.??

If sp movt pre every other AGM is anything to go by, you would consider it highly probable that CR final anns would be one of the possible anns expected prior to AGM.??

Just HOW prior, will depend on what else there is to announce in these few weeks leading up to AGM ??
