International Power may revisit the old Brumby plan to retrofit with the sweetner of 2 billion dollars from the compensation package.
Their re application to secure ongoing loans would recieve a tick of approval, considering all the carbon permits they will be able to sell to federal government prior to carbon trading scheme .
RETROFIT would require a black coal eqivalent or a stronger shandy to operate.
Will LYP allow it considering they are in opposition to provide affordable baseload power.???
