All agreed and fair call Wise One - dilution not ideal in my books either. GFC hangover timing etc stinks.

Perhaps I shoulda said that the anticipation of deal/s prior Tincom JV termination saw mc much higher than today!
Not trying to state the obvious... but...

Company still very alive and at very least Tincon "potential" is back on (though no concrete numbers/$$$ - as pointed out). I am keen to see what sentiment alone can do for this one - given it is so hard to put a price on potential!

Have a mate working for NZ contracting firm dealing with mining industry - and i know full well that there were many surprised/disappointed when all the negatives/delays happened here at ESI. Lot of eyes watching this i am sure.

No doubt there will be a lot of hungry Aussies and Kiwi's hoping to benefit (in the real world - not just share-market world!)if this goes thru.
