Something must be up Pas.
ECT is desperately trying to "get rid" of that debt asap. It seems the debt is more important than commencing DFT and shipping coldry to Datang.
Maybe a cornerstone investor is coming on board on the proviso that ECT has no debt???
Looking forward to the upcoming forums where all the speculation may be revealed.
