Morning all, just before I head off to work, I'll say two things.
First, yOjimbo, I have only seen other posters talking about us getting an advance from Tata, but no proof of such, so I was trying to get clarification of whether we have or not. Personally, I think not, and hope not. I think Syntonic is already able to stand on it's own two legs. If there had been an advance, surely it would have been announced? So, my question to anyone out there was: does anyone have some evidence that Tata advanced any money to Syntonic?
The other comment I will add before I head off to the grindstone, is that initially I thought that the dilution after the relisting was done would bring the price down, but now I don't think that will be the case. Why? Because the 1.2 billion shares for the acquisition is going to Syntonic's shareholders, the present owners. Now, if you were a Syntonic owner/shareholder, and you could see the massive upside and potential (after all, that's why they started it up in the first place!), would you sell out?
Say no more....
Have a great day ll, catch you tonight (or lunchtime).
Cheers,
mnb.
