My take on Peter Alexander:

310707: Purch 300,000 shares @ 90c ($270,000) exercise of options
080807: Sold 120,000 shares @ 282 ($338,272) on/off market
070907: Sold 100,000 shares @ 316 ($316,542) on market
Holds: Peter Alexander 80,000 fully paid shares
300,000 $1.04 options
300,000 $1.19 options expiry date 30 November 2009
Suzanne Alexander (spouse) 11,428 fully paid ordinary shares


As @ 300606 he only held 11,428 shares --- so I would assume his lack of shares is a reflection on himself and not on the company – and I in no way mean that to be a criticism of Peter Alexander --- our only business with him is how well he manages the company --- and that would appear to be very well.

Also he still has 600,000 options --- wish I had them.
And further the shares he sold were options he converted @ 90 cents in July 07.
