Yes, it's still risk out there, but i have a strong conviction that this is the bottom we've all been waiting for, if 700 billion bailout proposal passes.
Short sale is being banned nad there are still many hedge fund who haven't covered their short.
if US kicks off rally as soon as bail-out proposal passes, global stock market rally could be as sharp as a razor.
NAB's target is 32 dollar if my assumtion happens.
