    Hi Bottomfeeder,
    thanks for the figures - but there are wind up costs and what about payout to MD?
    As Cashmere is unlisted there might be an in specie dist to holders on wind up.
    Some of the payout might be classed as; unfranked div, which would be taxable of course.
