The following is a list of the directors of Copper Road Inc (JV partner RMG). They seem to be involved together in other start-up situations. Kelly Fielder was involved with Endeavour Energy(Holloman Energy) and is a director of Silver Bell Resources from the Holloman Corp website. Also a company called Quest Oil Corp had Cameron King and Douglas Brown (from Holloman Energy), Darren Hayes and Douglas Blackman involved together. Quest Oil Corp also signed a letter of intent in December 2006 with Endeavor Energy(Holloman Energy) for the Acadia Project in Canada. Cameron King, Darren Hayes and Douglas Blackman all resigned around the same time. Arpad Energy are presently incorporated as Quest Oil Corporation, a Nevada corporation (OTCBB:QOIL), doing business as Arpad Energy.

Mr. Hayes has been involved in several start-up situations by exploring and reviewing prospect data and valuation techniques determining mine economics and resource grade capabilities. Mr. Hayes experiences have allowed
the involvement in selecting management teams and financing presentations. Mr.Hayes responsibilities include management of projects, acquisition and growth
strategies as well as corporate communication initiatives.


Cameron King, is a MBA from Michigan and finance graduate of McMaster University, with over 20 years of senior management experience developing expertise in capital markets, sales, marketing and public relations. Mr. King was a key member of the Corporate Banking team with the Bank of Nova Scotia in Toronto, Canada, specializing in Merger and Acquisition due diligence.

Since 1995 Cameron has operated a successful Venture Capital Company by incubating, structuring and public listing several companies ranging from Internet based technology, mining, oil and gas exploration and telecommunications.
