re: consolidation...more4u2 I think the higher price per share will open a few doors with big investors. Many cannot touch penny stocks as part of their charter. Now with a 90cent - $1 stock they will be allowed to buy in.
I am a bit concerned that in effect EXT has paid somewhere between 60 - 70 million dollars (in shares) for the 49%.
I know that existing drill results have added value to the prospecting license but that's still a lot of bucks.
The 1 for 10 consolidation has been on the cards for a long time and on balance will be a positive. I would welcome a larger percentage of shares held by long termers (like me) and I think this move will help achieve that.
