Post script: Take a look at the cleansing prospectus released today ... apologies for underquoting Steve Graves' remuneration ... he is actually getting paid $480k a year! ... and has been remunerated $1,273,578 since Feb'08 .... this bloke is blatantly and unashamedly pillaging the company for all its worth ... time to dump this ineffectual fool!
... unfortunately it may not be easy to do so ... need 75% shareholders to call an EGM ... and as shareholding is widely spread it may be quite difficult to gather up so many shareholders ... please someone correct me if an EGM is not necessary to oust him ...
