great posts- I spoke with someone I know who went to the AGM and he echoed your exact same words..
I also believe that HP is going to sort out the short term capital....or so I have been told...
The only thing I will say is that Gill stepping down will have an immediate upside ( I am assuming here that there is an immediate replacement)...
As for the "advanced discussions" - I am not sure....
My guy seemed to believe that the fact that Colin didn't dial in/ management being dissinterested etc means that a solution / plan is already in place....
Anyway, keep the posts coming- a good read..
