thanks DT ....a friend about the same age as me , early 50's ,suddenly died a while ago , leaving a large family behind.He was very fit and successful but was becoming (work-related )stressed out more and more .Suddenly, without warning , he just died of a massive heart-attack one day.A huge wake-up call for me , and others who knew him ,...if it can happen to him ?......now i DO stop a bit more to smell the roses and just enjoy the simple things and don't sweat the small problems ...like the stockmarket's whims .A conscious choice that i work at.
