I didn't know the Kemerton land was zoned specifically for an alumina smelter. I thought i knew all there was about this company but that one slipped by. See page 29 of the presentation.
"Land – 5,400 hectares with expansion to 7,500 hectares, zoned specifically for alumina smelter operations,
planned to match industry requirements"
With a pro-development state govt and an agressive, highly skilled management team they may actually get this smelter built.
