re: snn report Just had a quick look through the report, seems they receive a majority of thier revenue through one government contract. I would consider this a bit dangerous, especially if you read the operating margins on some of the hardware rollouts. If they are competing in the same space as VGL and DTL and they do this well, then we could see a good rise in the share price. Management is critical here in turning this into a profitable business.
VGL and DTL plus others have been in the industry a long time and know the tricks of the trade, again much depends on the management here.
If you read what the likes of HP and co. and are doing overseas with outsourcing and value added services and the partnership agreements they are winning, in a way competing for the same business. A massive growth area for these companies, and being rolled out in Australia presently.
SNN and others are at the mercy of the OEM's such as HP etc, they dictate the play, you play the game or die.
