There will always be risks (sovereign or otherwise) that companies need to be aware of and have mitigating plans for. Certainly Phillipines is no different - although maybe with the current government it may be a bit more volatile. I think, generally speaking and IMO, I'm not really counting on any license sales outside of US. For me, it's USA that will be the main game here and there is a lot of potential to tap into. Anything else (Australia, UK etc) are an icing on the cake.
